FITNESS PILATES

The Fitness Pilates technique involves strengthening the deep supportive muscles around the centre of your body - these include the abdominal muscles and the muscles of the lower, middle and upper back, which work together to create a strong supple torso with improved posture and strength.

THE TECHNIQUE

Involves breathing in and contracting the pelvic floor muscles and abdominals at the same time.
On breathing out you increase the intensity of the contraction as you move arms and/or legs.
This will take time to practise and learn
